Home Audio/Video has been in business since 1997 and we've been doing custom audio/video installations and sales since 1992. Specialties include: Custom Home Theater design and installation, Whole House Audio, Lighting Control, Video Surveillance Systems, Prewire & Retro-fit Wiring (low-voltage only), Tech Wiring, Remote Control Programming (Logitech & Universal Remote Brands), Cell Phone Booster Antennas and audio/video system troubleshooting. We sell many major brands of audio and video equipment. We have a CA State Contractors License (#883098) for Low-Voltage and also have construction/carpentry experience and we know the building codes, so we won't do anything to compromise the structure or safety of your home. (We've actually seen structural damage done by other installers from the big chain stores.) We also treat your home with respect, as if it were our own. We are a small company and pride ourselves on quality, personalized customer service. You will have the owner of the business working with you from start to finish. Our Service Warranty: We warranty all of our prewires and installations for a period of one year from date of completion as long as the customer does not make any alterations himself during that period. We do not warranty products and materials supplied by the customer. After any custom installation, there may be a learning curve and some "fine tuning" of the system. We provide free "hand-holding" to learn your system and we'll make any adjustments for free during that period. In August 2011 we relocated from Fremont to our new office in Oakley, California. We now serve mostly Costra Costa & Alameda Counties with installation and sales of quality audio & video products for your home or business. We also occasionally do jobs outside of our local area. Please note that we are not a store & do not have a showroom since we custom order products for each client.
