About The Painted Finish
The Painted Finishes provides residential and commercial painting services thru out the San Francisco Bay Area. Being our main office is in Oakley - the nearby communities of Antioch, Pittsburg, Brentwood and Discovery Bay have found our painting services invaluable to meeting their painting needs. Our main focus is on professionalism - "a job done right" - old school if I may. We are not known as "blow and go tract painters". You will feel that your home was professionally painted when you come home from work and spend your weekends enjoying your new colors - because it was. David and his team just finished painting my town home. I can't recommend him enough. I was on very tide time frame before moving in and David was able to start right away and finish the most of the work before the move in day. He did a great job making sure that everything is done to perfection, fixing a lot of small things I wasn't even aware of. He said: "I would not sleep tonight otherwise". He painted walls as wells as tons of kitchen and bathroom cabinets and help to pick proper paint (like flat, semi-gloss) for the right areas. His level of communication was outstanding. As I wasn't able to be on the property most of the time, he sent me pictures of the work done as well as questions when something wasn't clear for him. I would recommend The Painted Finish to everyone.

Exterior Columns and stripes is Burnt Crimson, Body is Warm Butterscotch, Walkway and Doors - Chic Brick. These are Dunn Edwards colors matched at Home Depot in the Behr Exterior Flat Finish. Interior has Black and White ceilings and White Fire Pipes from Kelly Moore. The walls are Ecru and Netsuke and Purple from Sherwin Williams in Eggshell Finish. Chic Brick (Dunn Edwards matched as Semi gloss Behr Paint Home Depot) on the Doors. | $15k | Antioch, CA |
  | Alta Mesa Morago | Apr 2014 | This project required 8 colors of paint. 1) Den 2) Living Room Walls and all other rooms. 3) Accent color in Living Room and Dining Room. 4) Deck. 5) Front Door Black & Handrails and spindles. 6) Ceilings White. 7) Exterior Handrail 8) Exterior Spindles. The living room wood tongue and groove ceiling needed a lot of caulking and a couple coats of stain killing primer to block out the tannin acid. Than a couple coats of white paint were applied to give it a brand new painted look. The rest of the home received normal preparation with caulking and spackle and 2 coats of paint on the walls and ceilings and decks and handrails.
