Paid Fences R Us $25K to install fencing on 5 acre property. Owner Manuel Manresa was the most unprofessional, condescending business person I've ever dealt with. Their heavy equipment crushed our septic drain field. I notified immediately and he said "you need your septic tank pumped". The lid on our distro box is 3" thick concrete and was smashed although buried underground - yet he denies equip heavy enough to crush pvc pipe in the drain field. Septic tech informed us the weight would easily have collapsed the piping. Issue still unresolved 4 months since final payment . (9/15/16) I called to ask if they were pursuing insurance claim to fix and Manny blew up on phone saying because of my military service I was expecting this to be done! I've never been treated so disrespectfully by anyone - let alone someone we've paid $25,000. My honest opinion is this company has ethics/financial issues that drives them to take advantage of clients through sleazy tactics and dishonest practices.
