DIY DIRECT

Again, worst company I have ever contracted. Owner still has the key to our establishment and today I found out that he charged us over twice what the material cost him. DIY Direct are crooks.

Worst experience I have ever had with a flooring company. Representative lied to us on numerous occasions and could never keep dates that he would be at our location to do the installation. Always had excuses as to why he was late, why he would not be their, why he did not respond to our text, etc. The worst part is we are still fighting to get our money back on flooring that he communicated was good for the environment it was going to be installed in, a Bar, but in fact we now find out that the floor is not good for this type of environment. He is taking no accountability and is blaming this on us, that we chose the floor. He talks a good game but he does not know that much about flooring. HIGHLY RECOMMEND NOT USING THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY.
