They don't deserve 3 stars but I need to acknowledge the hardworking folks that came over to deliver the plants. Yard Stop as a company has gotten bigger and now lost all sense of customer service. The young lady at their front office is confrontational and has no idea what customer relations is all about. I had all the landscaping done by Yard Stop when we first moved into our new home and spent quite a bit of money. But the treatment we received before is now just a memory. Their new policy about no warranties is a gamble. If you purchase a tree and it dies in a couple of weeks, you have no recourse. I live in a retirement community, and I know a lot of folks here are just like me, a retired senior citizen. Physical limitations prevent us from several activities which includes planting which means you must depend on the vendor you are purchasing your items from. If you contact their front office to discuss an issue, their current attitude is one of confrontation and arrogance. Yard Stop has become a big company now and probably does not need further business. I for one will grant their preference and seek out other nurseries for my future needs. My neighbors saw their truck here this morning and witnessed my issues. I will make sure to share it with my other neighbors in my community. We as customers deserve better and must support businesses and/or organizations who will value our patronage. Yard Stop has stopped doing that. They don’t need us any more.

WE spent about $1,000 on shrubs for our backyard to create a divider wall. They brought out these little scrawny shrubs and within 5 months they started dying. I called and asked am I watering too much/too little? AFter I told them how much I water, they said no, you are doing it right. Then more died and while they claim they guarantee their products, they have done nothing and now my HOA is on my butt to get them replaced or removed as they are a major eye sore of dead shrubs now Wish I could attach a picture. Don't buy from them unless you want to throw away your money

Had all our landscaping done by Yard Stop last year. Complete with sod, trees, plants and paver walks. Two trees they sent had a fungus ( I Plant Snapped the leaves) they said the trees would be fine. The plants they put in are very nice. The paver walks and little patio they put in are absolutely beautiful. Very happy with the irrigation system . I read a review before I hired them that complained about the sod they said it said "The sod they received was terrible, all different types of grass, bare spots throughout the lawn" and some other things that slip my mind. I hired them anyway because the rest of their reviews were good. I took their lawn service for a year just to make sure there would be no problems. One year later my lawn is not very nice. When friends come over they say " I thought you had sod laid" I have had them out many time during the year but to no avail. They would take tests to see what the lawn might need but nothing ever came of it. So after one year I canceled my monthly service and went with True Green. The first thing they said when they came out was my trees had a fungus and they would treat it but the damaged parts won't come back. All in all Yard Stop has great service and great employees. I even just rehired them to put in another patio and small walk. But I do advise not to have them lay your sod. I don't know where they get it from but we are very unhappy with it. And after reading other reviews of their sod, we are not the only ones. '

Stay away from this place they didn't do half the work I asked them to do. But thank god they didn't. They did change my starter but they broke a bolt off while doing it and then tried to charge me 80.00 for there mistake yeah accidents happen not a big deal but then to charge me for it not ok and they are very rude do not go there and get your mower worked on beware
