JB Property Improvements Inc. DBA JB Painting is owned and operated by Joe and Debbie Bernardo. Joe and Debbie relocated to Ocala, FL from Rhode Island over 10 years ago where they owned and operated a drywall company for 10 years. Since moving to FL, JBPI has been successfully completing both residential and commercial projects in Marion, Lake, Sumter and Alachua counties. JBPI strives to deliver both exceptional quality work and customer service. We provide free written estimates and a one year warranty on all of our work. Reasonable rates , starts on time, finishes on time, GREAT JOB!! Joe and Debbie make a great team. Wet met Joe at the property and discussed the work needed and Debbie had a quote for us that day. Joe and his crew painted our house inside and out and replace damaged soffit and facia. All facets of the project were preformed in very professional manner, communication was great and the workmanship terrific !!

We had a great experience with Joe - he did great work. It was refreshing to see someone who not only showed up when he said he would but took so much pride in their work. I would totally use him again and highly recommend him.

JB Painting removed popcorn ceilings and did some drywall and ceiling repair for us. I can't praise them enough! They were very professional, reasonably priced, and their work exceeded my expectations.
