Kevin Mitchell and Waterfall Equities failed to pay all the people who completed work at one of their properties in San Diego. He told everyone he needed to sell the house in order to pay them. Then the house sold and he will not return any phone calls and at least 3 contractors are out of 10's of thousands of $$. This company will not last ripping people off like that. Law suits are coming.
