The initial visit went great. However, Chris blew the transformer on the main AC unit. After 2 hours he returned with a new transformer. Had AC that night but thermostat still not installed. Chris said that he or someone on his team would be out Wednesday or Thursday. No one showed up to complete the work. Would not recommend. Bad follow up service. Do not use this vendor.
