This is an interior basement waterproofing job that addresses basement seepage issues from where the foundation walls and concrete floor meet. This is a full-perimeter drainage system installed in an unfinished basement. The homeowner elected to have us add a battery back-up sump pump system to the primary pump that we installed, and also chose to have us install our JetKleen and EZ Breathe systems.

This is a large crawl space encapsulation and waterproofing job. This project involved installing multiple sump pump stations, a battery back-up sump pump system, drainage pipes, insulation, and vapor barriers. This customer also had us install a speed drain and connect to the sump pump system to address water coming in through the back door.

This is a basement waterproofing job that addresses water coming into the home from an outside basement stairwell. Many times, the small drain that is typically at the bottom of these stairwells are overwhelmed with heavy rain or snow melts. Value Dry provided concrete service, installed a new circle drain, and added a second, longer strip drain that covers the bottom length of the door. This strip drain (or speed drain) will stop water before it enters the home and leads it to a sump pump station. This homeowner also elected to have a battery back-up system installed on their sump pump.
