Acorn Glass

We discovered about a month after they installed several windows (when the window tint guy came) that one window had a flaw in it. We've been trying for 6+ weeks to get them to come back and replace it. They don't return calls. No one is ever at their shop. They came by one time - I was busy and refused to speak to my office manager with 30+ years experience. They haven't come back. Terrible service. I regret giving them $4,500 in business.
