Iam mike soto with soto flooring and we do tile and wood installs. This includes tile tear out,wood tearout,shower tearout,new showers,flooring tile or wood. Been doing this for about 8 years.now flooring is our expertise but we do all kinds of construction.i guarntee my work. I put it in a contract to make it legit and their are no misunderstandings. Mike Soto is a very respectful young man that has learned his trade from working with his father through the years. He knows his job well and takes the time to explain what he will be doing. His estimate was on the money for my project which was vinyl plank flooring. He got the job done in record time for a price I could afford. He did a great job of cleaning up once the floors were finished. I plan to use him again for my next project. Great job and good guy.

  | Tile take up and wood install | Jul 2015 | There tile in the kitchen and in the hall way . We moved the fridge and took up the tile afterward we grinded sown the layer of tinset (what is used to lay tile) made sure it was to the bare concrete after that we started to install the wood it was about 1800 sq ft of wood.
