Hello everyone and welcome to our review of Bradley Paint & Remodeling. We are a family of review writers and as we do with all of the businesses we hire for home projects, we are reviewing on the basis of "pros" and "cons." Now, lets begin. Pros: * The owner, his team, and the contractor he hired were very friendly, always smiling and spoke to us like we were old friends * Our beginning project would have been remodeling the master bathroom. The owner looked at our bathroom then called us back to tell us that for the money he thought we might end up unhappy due to space issues. He could've done it, took our money and left but instead he was honest and told us we could do more for our money elsewhere. So, we decided on remodeling the kitchen. * Bradley Paint & Remodeling quoted us a very fair price for kitchen remodel * They did a really nice job painting, tearing down and replacing sheet rock, and adding the Bead Board to our kitchen ceiling * The contractors were very nice and helped me unload the new hutch out of my truck and put it into the kitchen Cons: * The owner doesn't answer phone calls, only texts * We were told it would only take 2 weeks tops to finish project - project took nearly 3 weeks * Contractors spent an entire day painting the cabinets...the wrong color * We were going out of town for the weekend close to 2 weeks into the project. We told the owner and his business partner we would be back in 3 days and we gave them a garage door opener. They both said the project would be almost entirely completed by the time we returned. When we returned after 3 days, nothing was done except a single layer on our counter tops. One of the owners said we were home early even though we told him we would return in 3 days. The contractor said he showed up the day after we left, called the owner when he saw no one was at our house and the owner told him to contact his partner. The contractor contacted his partner and waited at our house for over an hour and the owner never came by to open the garage for him so he left. * Coffee was made for the contractors - they broke our coffee dispenser and didn't tell anyone. We found it sitting on one of their tool bags. The owner offered to replace the coffee dispenser, but we told him that wasn't necessary. * The contractors were very careless * We were told not to worry about emptying out bottom cabinets. The owner said the contractors would move things as they worked. They emptied our recycle bin in the floor of our garage and threw all of our clean pots and pans in the dirty recycle bin. * Although it would not have been a big deal if they had asked, the contractors drank all of the sodas in our house * They used our dog food scoop for something and lost it. It's nowhere to be found. * It's been nearly a week since the project was finished, we paid for haul off and there's still a cabinet, the vent hood, and scrap wood that hasn't been hauled off. I texted the owner and he has yet to respond. So, will we use Bradley Paint & Remodeling again? Probably not. I rated my experience as fair simply because the contractors did work hard, the owner was friendly, the quote was fair, and they did nice work.

I first met BP&R when they volunteered work for children through the non profit I work for. Last year I had them remodel/paint my front entrance and several rooms in the house. Always professional and timely, I would recommend them to anyone.

On Halloween of 2014 I Hired Richard Bradley to come and remodel my master bedroom while my girlfriend was in Florida on vacation for a week... They did an amazing job, and turned the bedroom into a Japanese inspired room that was exactly what I was looking for... GREAT job, and really good people.

We had new garage doors installed and the job was professionally done. Everyone was very nice and professional. I am already planning to have more work done on our house. Very pleased and would highly recommend this company.
