Did some work for Steven, and when it came time for him to pay me for the work I did, I never heard back from him, never answered a call from me… Nothing. He’s a dishonest man. I can only assume he starts on people’s jobs, and when the going gets tough just ghost them. I will find any possible way to post this review on any site I see. You don’t mess with my money man. DO NOT USE THIS DISHONEST MAN FOR ANY SERVICE!!!

Steven started my project and never finished. He has ghosted me and will not return calls or texts. At this point I cannot complete project with the amount of work done without losing a lot more money.

Steven managed a significant project for us in our backyard. He built a stand alone 15x20 gym as well as a 26 x 30 pool cabana with storage and an office in our backyard. The cabana was a replacement for an existing poorly built cabana that required demolition. Additionally, we ended up having him redo all three of our A/C units and furnaces and he relocated one of our outdoor condensers to reduce noise next to the pool. On top of that he did a significant amount of landscaping - removing trees, building flower beds and planting trees. This whole project started with some fairly grandiose ideas on our part and Steven helped us come up with a solution that both met our budget and our objectives. He was very patient with us and had some fantastic ideas. He has a great eye for design and came up with some great ideas that we would have missed. The final product has been amazing. The quality has been fantastic and if anything I would say Steven overbuilt our structures and went out of his way to ensure a good quality product. Steven is one of the most honest people I've worked with. He never took advantage of us - even when we were making changes on the fly. He stands by his work. To give a specific example of how Steven works; he noticed that his painter used the wrong paint on our cabana brick. During a busy time, Steven gave the painter money to purchase the paint and the painter bought a much cheaper paint and pocketed the difference. Obviously, that painter no longer works with Steven but he noticed it and brought it to my attention without me bringing it up. He committed to repaint it with the proper paint. Not many contractors would do that unless you pointed it out. All contractors have difficulties with subs and sometimes mistakes are made. Steven ensures things are corrected and made right if there are any issues and we had very few for the scope of our job. I would highly recommend Steven and his crew for any job you might have. You'll enjoy working with him and he'll do top notch work for you.

Very impressed by quality of work done for one of my neighbors. Takes pride in their work.
