Arrow Exterminators

In truth I really didn’t want have to take to the internet to give a “bad” review however Arrow Exterminators poor customer service and total lack of responsiveness have left me with no choice. We hired Arrow exterminators to do a total treatment of our home. I thought it was odd that they required full payment up front (Other exterminators we hired in the past have wanted a deposit and the rest after treatment) and that should have been a red flag. However we paid then $1800 and they came out to treat our house on July 3rd. They said it would take them from 0900 to 17-1800 to complete the treatment. I got a call at about 1545 stating they were done and it would be OK to reenter the house after 1800. I thought it was odd that they finished up so far ahead of schedule, but when questioned the exterminator stated things went better than expected and they finished early. We returned to the house and early on the 4th it was clear that the treatments were not successful. Due to the holiday I was unable to contact them until the 5th. As a result they came out and sprayed again (early and it was an extra service) then at the two week mark they sprayed again (per the original agreement). After that the problem was persistent. I contacted Jeremy Shipman again and even after I acknowledged that I understood they offered no warranty for their service and said I was willing to pay for additional treatment he didn’t seem to be able to get past the fact that this company offers no guarantees on their service. However after a bit he said he would get me a quote on retreatment both full and partial (because after treatment the problem was significantly reduced) to see if we could get this thing knocked out once and for all. That was a month ago. My voice mails have gone unreturned and the company has been supper unresponsive (even though I am offering to pay more). Now after a month we will have no choice but to get a total retreatment and spend several thousand more dollars with someone else it appears. So if you want a company that is just going to take your money and run with no regard to the effectiveness of their service then Arrow is the company for you. If you want something more for your money then find a different exterminator.
