Advanced Plumbing Specialists

I had a water leak called A plumber they came out quoted an astrnomical amount. Called Lance, sent him pictures of the pipe. He said he would be out in two days. He then rescheduled due to issues in a current job he was doing. Didn't show again said same issue still working on it. Rescheduled. Never showed wouldn't respond to text messages or phone calls. I messaged him on Facebook, he said he was having issues with ATT and phones were down. We rescheduled for today at 10:30 am. He never showed, never messaged me. I have never had so much trouble getting someone to show up for a job. This was beyond frustrating, not to mention the time I wasted waiting for him to show. This is week three and I have not been able to use my kitchen sink. I think I was beyond patient because I understand things do happen. But this became ridiculous and showed a complete lack of customer care. I was very disappointed. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND!
