Installed tankless water heater. They were the only ones that knew about the various models and some of the requirements to be aware of. They were professional during installation.

Had them install a water heater in December 2012, in October 2016 I come home to find water running down my drive way from my garage. When I get to my water heater the problem isn't the water heater at all but instead a supply line that has come loose because one of the brackets to hold it on broke. When Morgan Plumbing came out they blamed it on the bracket and told me they quit using those because they had problems with them breaking. They then explained that they wouldn't do anything to help with the clean because it wasn't their fault but instead the company that made the part. I ended up spending close to $1000 buying carpet extraction equipment and fans to try and dry my floors that weekend. This all started on Friday October 7, 2016 and took me until Sunday October 9 to get my floors dry just to have a second bracket break Monday morning while I was trying to get ready for work. When I called Morgan Plumbing they told me they would be out that afternoon to fix it and would call to let me know when. When I hadn't heard from them by about 6:30 PM I called and was told they couldn't make it out until possibly the next day, at which time I told them that I'd fix it myself and be better off. So here I am with a flooded floor...AGAIN, no hot water, and an infant in my house. The original overpriced water heater that wasn't what I requested to be installed has now become ridiculously overpriced and a huge waste of my time.

Call Morgan Plumbing after I saw his website through porch, Spoke to Mr. Morgan, very nice and friendly. I had a emergency with main sewer line been stop up at the house,so he told me i have peeps on the way. Boy were the fast, Ray and Andy showed up, super nice and told me exactly what needed to be done, also went out of there way to do more of what I asked. Thank you Ray, Andy, much appreciated.
