TCB Construction /Boydston Tile

TCB laid tile in our kitchen and bathroom and we are very happy with their work and we have recommended them to some of our friends..

Very professional and courteous. Did a beautiful job installing our wood look tile flooring.

Would not recommend. They may be fine with ceramic tile...but installation was a disaster with vinyl plank flooring. Demanded payment before job was complete (I felt bullied and was threatened with a "lawsuit" if I didn't comply immediately). Boydston left job at noon one day without explanation and didn't show up next day (no explanation). What was promised as a 7-10 day job is now going on one month as we scramble to order extra planks (Boydston didn't measure correctly) and find someone to finish the job. Boydston promised to go find additional matching tile to finish final 2 X 4 foot area next day (never called back...he had his money !) Dust was thick everywhere - I had to hire a cleaning service to come in afterwards to clean up the mess. Two other professionals came to look at what we were left with...and one said "worst installation of this type flooring he had ever seen".
