THE SAME THING HAPPENED TO ME, If it is Mike Martin, he will come to your home place an order with you and request money up front in good faith until the order comes in and then pay the rest thereafter. We did that. He never came back, called back, messaged back. We never saw the money that we had given to him.... If anyone has had any success on reclaiming their money, please share. This guy is a thief and I don't know what to do. It's very disheartening.

If this OKC Door and Window is operated by Mike Martin (which I believe it is) DO NOT HIRE THIS MAN. We requested a window repair quote for our back door on 5/31/17. He was very prompt with the estimate and requested that we put $350 down which we gladly did. He gave us a 2 week estimate and NEVER completed the job. He has ignored phone calls, emails, and thumbtack messages begging him to return our money. After threatening to post an honest (and damaging) quote on thumbtack he agreed to send us a check. This was never done. He is a dishonest, crooked man that will most likely take your money and run. This has caused our family a significant amount of stress. He has been on the news for stealing $2500 from another family, and I have read other reviews of him doing the same on more than one occasion. We have given this man numerous chances to make this right, and he has failed to do so. He is now off of Thumbtack, and is on Porch trying to avoid being discovered as a thief.
