She finally gets her bathroom after her retirement. We completely gutted this bathroom and installed some floor to ceiling cabinets for storage a new Onyx shower with seat and recessed caddy. The shower door and fixtures were all in antique bronze. All new fixtures and tile flooring through out.

Out dated and working on a budget. We gave them updated fixtures, new tile with a new tub and shower door all in antique bronze. Some plumbing had to be rerouted as well as electrical. The window was removed and the hole was framed in and siding was added to the exterior along with some paint. Hope they enjoy it.

She wanted a master bath that reminded her of the spa. Well we delivered with the space we had to work with. This is a very modern look and feel. Completely gutted what was existing and eliminated a wing wall as well as re-routed all plumbing and electrical. Added a recessed medicine cabinet as well as niches in the shower. Considerable plumbing had to be restructured in the crawl space to meet code.

This amazing couple loves their house and it was time to design and build a kitchen and dining area that could serve as a place to cook for family and entertain friends. We demoed the entire kitchen and most of the dining room that were separated by a wall. Electrical had to be re wired and circuits had to be added. The plumbing needed to be rerouted and updated. What was created was an open concept that they absolutely loved.

The Matera's wanted a large area with lots of counter space for cooking fine Italian meals and entertaining. We gutted their kitchen to include removing and moving walls, installing 3 new electrical circuits for recessed lighting and small appliance circuits. Water and drain lines were added and re routed for the new fixture locations on the island as well as the main sink location. Some heating and air had to be rerouted as well Flooring was a large format 12"x 24" porcelain tile was added as well as drywall and paint throughout. The Matera's chose KraftMaid cabinet with a quartz counter top. Bosch 6 burner cook top and the remainder of the appliances were whirlpool or KitchenAid.

The kids have moved out and they decided to revamp the upstairs hall bath for guests when they came to visit. We demoed everything down to the drywall and installed a soaker tub shower wall tile with wood plank tile in a herringbone pattern. A new onyx vanity top and hexagon mosaic tile back splash to the ceiling behind the mirror and lights. Worth taking a look at.
