Genuine Painting

This person is either mentally imbalanced or a plain thief. The worst possible communicator, will never ever answer his phone and make all kinds of excuses, returns texts once in a blue moon. He came to our house two times, first time to give us a quote, we agreed on numbers, then he disappeared, after a month of requesting to start, and 4 missed appointment dates, he finally showed up, not to start but to go over again! He took one of our kitchen cabinet door saying that he will create a sample and bring it back the next day! It's been a month and he will no longer answer my calls or texts! Please avoid like plague.
