Mr. and Mrs. Matera are from the old country and she loves to cook. Unfortunately their kitchen did not provide the space, lighting or features to cook large italian meals.  We expanded the kitchen, completely redesigning and reconstructing it.  The end result was a spacious modern kitchen with plenty of space for her to serve and entertain. In the process of reconstruction, we were asked to not only redesign their current bathroom, but to add another completely new one. They were very happy with the completed project!

Mrs. Blixt had recently retired and wanted to have a master bathroom that made her feel like she was at the spa. This was a complete demo. New waterlines through out the house, also updating waste water lines. 18" tiled floors and tiled mirror backing. We installed a shower seat, recessed caddy, and a custom frameless shower door with an onyx shower pan. Topped off with a free floating vanity to optimize space. All the comforts of premium amenities at home.

This is a wonderful family that we have done work for now on multiple occasions. Here is partial basement convert to their home in Westwood so that they can comfortably sleep out of town company. This project included replacing the main waste line from the house to the hub at the easement. This was an unexpected cost that was discovered when we were tieing in the plumbing for the new bathroom. We were able to add a bedroom, bathroom and laundry to the basement.

Mr. Rogers wanted an update on his bathroom.  Knowing that he was on a budget, we were able to only do a partial demo on this project.  We were able to eliminate a window that was in the shower and update some wiring and plumbing.  Aside from a couple of walls we replaced everything, giving him a new, modernized look.

Mrs. Brisco had 5 layers on her house with the top layer being metal. It was a mess, but we installed new decking, synthetic under lament and a limited lifetime roofing system on her home. One of the most complex roofs we have installed. In addition to her roof, we installed seamless aluminum gutters with over sized downspouts.

The Lunt Mansion is a Historic home with multiple layers of roofing material including wood shake and synthetic slate. We installed a Davinci Roof Scapes roofing system with synthetic underlayment and new plywood. We were also able to repair his inline gutters, custom paint the exterior of the home, and replicate some of the stain glassed windows.
