We are licensed and bonded and do both commercial and residential roofs to go slong with specialties such as slate, shake, asbestos and TPO Metal. Our roof replacement process is careful and deliberate with long term durability and stability in mind. We take before photos of your home to make sure no damage occurs during restoration. All flower beds and foliage are covered to keep the area clean and safe. All rotten wood is replaced. Brand new felt is installed on the roof surface and shingles are installed to the manufacturers specifications. All materialis warrantied. The job site is then cleaned and a magnet is run to pick up stray nails to prevent any accidents. All of our work is backed up with a warranty.
