Winfield Builders, by far, exemplifies what it means to provide above-and-beyond customer service and valuable expertise. As a inexperienced customer unaware of what it took to tackle a roofing and siding claim, I was at a loss on how to even begin the process. Then Zach, Winfield Builders co-owner, appeared at my doorstep and I knew quickly that I was in great hands! Zach provided the critical 1-0-1 necessary (roofing & siding for dummies) to help me understand the elements of roofing/siding, industry terminology, what questions to ask moving forward, and what decisions would be necessary to meet our needs with success. Over the next (long) 6 months, it was Zach who helped me off the ledge from my insurance company. His insight and advice were essential to getting the best outcome for our claim. From start to Finnish everything went as promised. The professionalism was a breath of fresh air from past experiences I have had. Anytime I had a question/concern I felt that it was addressed/explained. Can't stress enough how great it was to work with them and I plan to use only them on all future projects.
