I needed a 19' x 10' slab put into my back yard. They offered the lowest price and so I took it. They showed up on time and had the work done within 24 hours. They left a mess for me to clean up, but I also expected that as we didn't talk about it at all. I was quite satisfied with everything up until I was able to really look at what they had done. They made the slab to match my stairs (which they cut around) which was exposed concrete. On the first day they poured everything, and then came back the next morning. While pressure washing to take off the top layer and expose the rocks underneath, they went way too deep. Most of the rocks on the surface are now loose and there are large pitted areas throughout the slab. It's uneven and v dry uncomfortable to walk on. I asked the owner about this and he gave me answers like "Ya the pressure washer nuzzle got lost and bought new one and it was doing some weird spinning in some ereas went hard" and "It will look better when it dry". I has been nearly a month and it does not look better. It is only getting worse with loose rocks continuing to come off the slab. I have since asked him to come out and take a look at what I'm talking about, and have given him a chance to fix it, and he has refused to answer me. Now, I either have to fix this myself or hire someone to do it. Very frustrating that I can't even get the courtesy of a response. Beware with this contractor and make sure you are very clear with your instructions. Be prepared for them to ignore you once they have been paid.

These guys work great they did a great job adding sod planting flowers and a few trees also had a retaing wall built they did an excellent job they work fast am very happy with the services will hire again nice workers
