Aging in place master bathroom remodel | Jan 2013 | The home owners had made the decision to stay in their home after retirement and needed a bathroom that would fulfill that need. Olympia Construction utilized its design team to create a design that would include a low barrier Best Bath Systems Therapeutic Spa Tub with 7 whirlpool jets, massaging back leg and foot jets. Hygienic 18 jet air massage system with Ozone disinfection system. The Vanity cabinets are Kraft Maid brand all plywood boxes, full extension soft close drawers made from Maple with a Burnished Chestnut finish and crown moulding for an elegant finished detail. Vanity countertop is a Sahara Gold polished 3cm granite. Floors are Mannington Dura-Ceramic 16x16 tile. It was a pleasure to work with these clients and build them something that they will use for many years to come. Our clients were so happy with the work Olympia Construction did they hired us to do a Kitchen, Living room remodel that included removing some interior non-load bearing walls, build another wall to construct a Craft/Quilting room. | $35k | Olympia, WA |
