HandyJack Construction helped me with several projects and the largest was painting of a deck. The deck turned out great. HandyJack gave a very reasonable estimate and that was the final bill. They were prompt and efficient and cleaned up around the site when they finished. Jim is friendly, and always had a solution to a problem when it came along.

We have had Jim Stokely do several different painting projects for us and have always been EXTREMELY satisfied. He has consistently provided quality workmanship and excellent communication about when and how he will complete the project, with very competitive pricing. It is so wonderful to have someone do what they say they are going to do when they say they are going to do it, and Jim has always done that for us! Would VERY highly recommend to anyone and everyone.

Jimk Stokley has done lots of work for us over the past 5 years. He rebuilt fences, totally redid a rental house that our former tenants destroyed, literally. New floors, cabinets, toilets, bathrooms, new carpets, painted, counter tops, everything had to be redone. He did an excellent job and it was less than a month to complete. He has repaired decks, railings, refinished decks, etc. We still use him and are very satisfied with his work.

Perkins Bathroom | Jun 2015 | Homeowner's purchased home 'as is' with unfinished master bath. Fortunately, a full basement and adjacent bathroom for reasonable plumbing installation. This project had it all. Rough/finish plumbing, Painting, Electrical install fan/lights/GFI,switches, Drywall repair/texture, Carpentry replace/install and finish door/sill/baseboard. Assembly shower stall/installation. Floor is stone with a wishbone pattern. | Tumwater, WA
Hardie Problems | Jun 2015 | A common problem found with Hardie siding is open 'butt joints'. The caulking has failed, due to shrinkage, exposing the home to water damage. With 2 - 3plex and 4 - duplex there were a lot of expansion joints to consider for this project. HandyJack provided an application method to deliver great looking professional results as demonstrated in pics. Using a better product. | Tumwater, WA
Hobby House on Harstine | Jul 2014 | The owner said, "the green had to go" and wanted the Hobby house the same color as the main house. Required a lot of prep with caulk and replacing rotted wood. This project really provided some great before and after photo's. | Lacey, WA
Batton the Hatches | Jun 2014 | This home has LP type sheet siding that displayed a lot of problems with seams. Different types of caulk was built up with exposed nails, attempting to seal the seams from moisture. Especially on weather side(s). My solution was to Batton the seams, to beautify and protect. | Lacey, WA
HOA Pressure | May 2014 | This home had wood rot problems with facia's and garage door frame. Flashing was never installed to protect the frame. Without enough overhang, subject to a lot of water damage, after caulk fails. Customer was also getting pressure from Homeowner's Assoc. Frame was replaced to code with flashing. Facia's were cut square to remove rotted wood. Pressure wash and fresh paint. Everyone was happy. | Lacey, WA
Gaines Rental Home | Apr 2013 | Rental Turn. Home was left in very poor condition which required complete repaint and new flooring. Customer was concerned with kitchen cabinets which were refinished as opposed to replacement. Numerous interior doors were replaced. Installed laminate downstairs in high traffic areas instead of carpet that can save a lot of money in the long run. | Olympia, WA |
