Clean Green Restoration

I am a Realtor and I have been using Clean Green Restoration for about 10 years. I have referred cleints to them for inspection repairs, mold remidiation, and even some minor remodeling. My clients have always been happy with the resonable quote, the quality of the work, and the integrity of Melvin and Leslie, the owners. I have personally used them on various projects including major remodel on two rentals. I had excellent communication throughout the project that allowed me to make timely decisions as issues surfaced. I highly recomment Clean Green Restoration.

I wish I could give zero stars! Hiring Clean Green to do our mold remediation turned into a total nightmare. We had done an expensive, full downstairs remodel less than a year before the water leak, so wanted to salvage as much as was possible. Two different staff (one of them the owner, other the lead worker) at Clean Green assured us in separate phone conversations and by email that items being pulled from the area (trim, flooring, vanity, etc) could be re-used because it was the drywall affected by mold. Unfortunately for us, their idea of storing these items for re-use meant placing them outside in the rain without any protection. They ruined thousands of dollars of bathroom furniture and materials and then lied about it when confronted, saying: “After we leave the job site we can't be held responsible for what may or may not happen but under our care, your items were treated as requested.” Leaving our brand new, custom-made vanity and other items out in the weather was definitely not what was agreed on, and meant that those items did not get the chemical treatment that we contracted for. Clean Green proved to be very unprofessional and dishonest to deal with. I’d suggest hiring a different company that will treat you and your home furnishings better than this one. They ended up costing us a lot of money in unnecessary replacement costs due to their shoddy work.

Clean Green completed remediation for me after a dishwasher leak in the kitchen. When they arrived at the initial appointment to do an estimate they found a slow leak was still occurring. They capped it on the spot, and, as an aside several others had provided estimates and did nothing to stop the leak. Melvin and his team performed all work that was expected, and were great about keeping me informed as to schedule, progress, etc. He did more to "repair" where others wanted to gut and "replace". I hope to never have another water damage issue, but if I do, this is the first, and the only business I would hope to need to call.
