Olympia Construction is a general contractor based in Olympia, Washington. We're based in Olympia because we love Olympia. We care about building forward thinking, sustainable projects that enhance our town one home or business at a time. In the past two years we have expanded our company to include a full service roofing division specializing in residential and light commercial re-roofing, roof cleaning, maintenance, and gutters. Patrick Hafey - Roofing Manager 27 years as a Journeyman Roofer is enough time to have done it all. In addition to Patrick's skills in the industry, he has also worked on the sales end of roofing for the last 15 years. Thanks to this experience, he has developed an expertise in not only satisfying, but exceeding customer's expectations. He holds a degree in computer science which allows him to use technology to the fullest to ensure all jobs are performed efficiently and communication is maintained with clients. Patrick was Gaf / Elk, TPO / PVC, & Liberty Low Slope factory trained. He has earned his "Select Shingle Master" certification from CertainTeed and is recognized as an "Elite Installer" of Karnak Roof Coating Systems. Working directly with distributors and manufacturers allows Patrick to stay informed on all of the latest roofing products and techniques the industry has to offer. As Roofing Division Manager for Olympia Construction Roofing, Patrick manages each project taken on from a simple roof cleaning to full roofing replacement or installation. From the initial meeting we build a promise, I personally deliver my team to every project, introduce the foreman to the owners, and go over the sales promise with each and every crew member.
