Concrete Sidewalk Trip Hazard Repaired in Omaha

Sep 2018

Here is a sidewalk lift from this last week. The sidewalk had fallen nearly 4" due to water running beneath it from the yard. We were able to use our Geotechnical poly lifting foam to get the sidewalk back into proper position. Not only did we correct this extreme settling issue, but we also fixed the area near the top of each pic. In the 'before' picture, you can see that the sidewalk dips down and in the 'after' picture, you can see that it's straight as an arrow again, just like new. We also installed caulking in all control and expansion joints throughout the customers driveway as well as applying a concrete sealant on the concrete to prevent damage from salt, water and chemicals.

West Omaha Concrete Driveway Lifting/Leveling

Jul 2017

Here's another (previously) settled concrete driveway in Omaha, NE! We were able to lift the concrete all the way across the front of the garage (the number one spot that driveways settle) using our polyurethane foam mudjacking process, over 2" in some spots! Our client is selling the home and needed the work done right and on time for the home to sell. Not only did we meet the expectations set, but also saved our client many thousands of dollars over replacement. If you're having problems with your concrete, call us at 402-619-6116, we'd love to serve you!

Cracked and Sunken walkway

Oct 2016

Walkway between front door and steps leading down to driveway had cracked and settled. By raising and repairing crack, we were also able to straighten out the stairs that were leaning, heading toward the driveway.

Driveway and walkway mudjacking

Aug 2016

Both the edge of the driveway and the walkway had settled considerably, causing both a trip hazard and an unsightly bump between the walkway and the driveway. We were able to raise both portions to original height.
