November 12, 2018 Millard Sprinkler has proven to be the most professional, efficient and courteous full-service sprinkler company I've had the pleasure of working with and trusting completely for my property. Their Customer Service, Schedulers, Account Managers and Service Technicians have consistently been professional, responsive, prompt and knowledgeable, regardless of my inquiry. I have held a trusting relationship with Millard Sprinkler since my install in 2007. Both service and pricing are terrific. In particular, I want to compliment my regular Service Technician, Jovon, who shows up as scheduled with a smile on his face and enthusiasm to complete the day's work order. He explains what service he will be performing and details the steps he will be taking. I am completely able to tend to most services and maintenance, but I trust Jovon and know he will be thorough, straight forward and recommend any needed changes that I can also trust. I am even willing to wait for services if it means Jovon has schedule time available. In addition, he demonstrates and speaks to his pleasure working for Millard Sprinkler. That’s an exemplary employee! As is the case for each visit, I mark my sprinkler heads with Millard Sprinkler flags. This 2018 season was unpredictable with weather forecasts. I prefer to shut down my system as late as scheduling is possible. My long and trusting relationship with Millard Sprinkler gives me pride in having their flags marking each of my many sprinkler heads, and I do not care how long they are on display.
