***BEWARE*** Hired MMS on Feb 27, 2023 for a move and paid a $300 deposit the same day. They were to arrive on March 5 at 11am. At 1240 I sent a text that they were over 1.5 hours late with no contact At 2:11 I asked for a refund as we still had not contact and wouldn't need them any longer There were several attempts at calling as well, at approx 3pm I received a call from them that there was a problem with their last move and "the police had his phone" and he promised to refund 3/5 4:40pm asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/6 9:30 PM asked why I hadn't seen the refund yet 3/7 They replied that they were in North Dakota and would refund that afternoon 3/8 requested the refund again Yesterday asked again and still no refund, and no communication. July 3, 2023 still no response and no refund. Just stole money and no regard for their customers.
