They were scheduled to come between 9 to 10 am. They called at a 1/4 til 10 saying they were running behind and they would be there in 10 minutes! I really appreciated them letting me know. They were thorough and did not waste time getting to work. They didn't rack up time to gouge me per hour rates and resolved all the work I had scheduled. Very happy with these honest, hardworking guys.
