My husband and I had been talking about looking into getting new windows. Then someone showed up at our door from QHI. After giving them our information, we met with the saleman. He was very nice and respectful, as was they woman in the office. It took about 6 weeks from sale to install. The installers came on time and on the set date. One thing I didn't like was that the installers were a different company. (Different name on truck) we probably ended up paying more then we needed to because of the middle man. Also one of our windows was measured a little short though they made it work. Overall a wonderful experience.

We had older spring loaded windows and they were not very energy efficient and didn’t add much curb appeal either. When Kelsi came by to talk about Quality Home Exteriors and what they could offer us, she was very friendly and honest about the product and the process. She helped us pick out the windows that would look the best. And the price she bid to us was in our budget and very competitive to another bid we had previously gotten from a different business. All the people we worked with to set up measurements and installments were very courteous and worked around our schedules. Installation was a one day process and the crew worked quickly and made sure everything was perfect. I definitely appreciate that install was so quick as it is hard for us to take time off. Our windows look beautiful inside and outside and keep it cozy in the house. Quality Home Exteriors was a great choice and I would recommend them to family and friends!

I had windows installed in January, I do not have the cold drafts anymore which makes our home fell warmer and our basement is not a cold as it was after the new windows were installed. I like the look of my home more with the new windows and white wraps around them. I would advise them to find there own financing, don't install in the extreme cold or heat and that install might take longer then expected.

Unlike both neighbors, our work was finished in less than a day. The next week there was a good deluge and the gutters and larger downspouts worked perfectly. We couldn't be happier to pay slightly more for far better quality.
