BGW Doors

BUYER’S BEWARE!! The doors themselves are of good quality, but DO NOT, UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, trust the installer this company uses. Their installer did not know what the heck he was doing. Both front and backdoor were not installed properly by the BGW Doors installer. Our doors were out of square, and he tried to use caulking to seal around the door after he lied and told me they were going to use foam. You could see the light coming through the frame after them claiming to have sealed the doors. We ultimately ended up having to kick their installer off the job because his workmanship was so horrible. After contacting the owner of this company, he promised to get the doors fixed properly, but it never happened. The same installer came back and proceeded to tell us he wasn’t going to fix it instead of trying to fix his faulty work. After all of this, it was challenging to find a reputable, licensed person to come and fix the many problems this guy caused. The one company I did find was extremely leery and told us the BGW Doors installer clearly didn’t know what they were doing, and they cut many corners. If you have already had your door installed by the guy at BGW Doors, I wholeheartedly recommend you get a licensed installer to check their work. This transaction will ultimately end in small claims court. Doing business with BGW was not a pleasant experience. It was very disappointing.
