Do your homework this contractor is a fraud check with the Tennessee licensing he does not even have a contractors license. He does not complete his work , he lies, And if you look him up Steven J Shaffer He was actually charged with filing a false report and setting his business on fire and then collecting money on a go fund me account. Shame on us for not doing our research before hiring him. He refused to produce receipts for stuff he charged us for I did not deliver some items that we had paid for after we fired him. Before warned he’s a smooth talker and His work is not that great either. Very disappointing
