The Professional Construction Company

We hired professional construction company in June 2016 as they advertise themselves to be concrete professionals. We hired them to remove an existing driveway and replace add a new side walk down the side of the house and a patio 50 by 14 Outback. And removing the driveway they completely decimated the underground sprinkler system and destroyed the water line into the house the water line was patched but the sprinkler system is still on usable. The concrete was poured into separate batches because not enough was ordered the first day. When the second batch was poured and cured it immediately cracked there are over 10 cracks thick enough to put a quarter in. The Finish also began to flake off and deteriorate just by walking and especially after a hard rain. We contacted Christopher Franklin who came out assess the damage and agreed with us. He told us that this was a bad batch of concrete and it was an unacceptable job. We fully expected him to remove the bad concrete and replace it. He said he would not and that if we wanted that we would have to contact his supplier with him we had no contract and no prior contact. We tried in vain to resolve the situation and ended up filing a small claims court. Our case was heard on November 9th 2017 Christopher Franklin did not appear in order to anyone representing Professional Construction Company. We received a judgement for $5,000. We are now left with a cracked and flaking patio and to our own devices to try to collect on this judgement do not hire this company for their concrete work nor their electrical work if our experience is any indicator of quality and professionalism

We had our sidewalk replaced and a new patio poured. They showed up on time as scheduled and did a great job (which I have learned is very rare in Florida). They were very knowledgeable and patiently answered all my questions. I would not hesitate to use them for concrete or any electrical work that we might have. I would highly recommended them A++++. Outstanding Job!

Great job at a great price! Chris was on time, did the work, even after I had changed my mind from the original plans. We will use him again!
