Many of them had used other companies in the area and Certified technicians were able to address any issue that came up. My rental property A/C stopped working n a 95 degree day (on Father's day..) Dave himself went out to do the repairs to get the A/C system up and running so my tenants would not be without A/C.

Their techs are first rate and use great care to ensure that this will not be a problem with their installations.
