Never called to give us a price to build a pavilion from a kit. Wish I had never call. Look for someone else that would at least call you back.

I was happy to find a retired journeyman carpenter to build porch steps, a few pieces of tile, and hang a small bit of sheet rock. There were some issues with the project being completed on time. As a "handyman" I asked about painting, he assured me the painter on his crew was a "professional." The painter and Vince did a poor job painting. They painted, with Killz, the circuit breaker, panel shut, they painted over the florescent light fixture in the kitchen, there was over spray, and they did not paint above the kitchen cabinets. He never painted, only put the Killz layer on the walls. He has my house key, and will not return/answer my phone calls. He is a good carpenter. Horrible painter. Mediocre businessman.
