This is a monthly maintained lawn. We mow the lawn at 4.25 because research shows that the higher you can mow makes for a stronger roots. Stronger healthier makes the lawn more drought tolerant and helps fight weeds and other typical lawn problems. We also edge, line trim, and control weeds in beds by pulling or spraying. We also keep the plants maintained and hedges trimmed as part of our maintenance with a year contract. We provide services weekly throughout the year. This is a beautiful home built by Ashley Homes. We maintain this model in Oakridge Landing and their other model in Forest Hammock at Oakleaf Plantation. This home recently won the parade of homes. Here we mow at 4.25 to again ensure a stronger root system to make for a healthier lawn and we edge, line trim, blow, do weed control, and we maintain the plants, shrubs, trees and palms. On all of our properties we remove all debris and do a thorough job cleaning up debris after all work. Other tasks we do for Ashley Homes includes but is not limited to installation mulch as well as annual or perennials flowers in the beds for models or new homes being sold. Also we maintain any other properties after construction to keep a nice appearance and something welcoming for the new homeowner to arrive to.

This was a highly neglected property that had not been touched in years. We were called in and asked to clean it up and bring it back to a condition that the customer would enjoy. We spent many hours with lots of hard work and detail on this job but it's the kind of job we enjoy. We like taking pieces of coal and turning them into diamonds. We truly want to give your castle the lawn it deserves.

Here we did everything around the amenity center except the installation of the trees however we did move a couple and we made sure everything was up to code and would pass inspection. We had the irrigation installed then we did a final grade and installed sod. We also installed the ligustrum trees and the other plants around the pool. After installing the plants we put in the mulch and then we did a final adjustment on the irrigation to ensure proper coverage and to ensure there would be no over spray on the pool deck. We also maintain this property for the HOA. We are responsible for all the common areas according to the scope of work included with the contract. We typically go above and beyond the scope of work to ensure the property's appearance is in high standing order and to ensure residents are happy with their community.

This is a new community being developed on 16A by World Golf Village. Here we have installed over 2500 plants and 2 semi-truck loads of gold mulch. We have more to do still since this community is still under construction. We enjoy being involved with communities at every stage of development but it is truly interesting and fun being involved from the very beginning.

This is a home that had been neglected for many years. All of the shrubs, trees, palms, and other plants had not been touched in 3 years. All of the beds were full of weeds and in some places the grass was waist high. It was a lot of work and many hours tackling this yard but we love turning properties like this around. We take great pride in turning a pieace of coal into a diamond.
