Ron Potts Appliance

Had Ron do work for me several years ago with great success. I called him a week ago to fix my Washing machine. Through text, I sent him a photo of my washer and serial Number with an explaination of the problem. He said he could come out immediately with the FYI he would probably need to order parts which would arrive the following week I said I would wait for parts A week later, his story changed. He now needed to diagnose my machine before ordering parts and was adamant that he explained that via text. When I told him that was NOT what he said, his reply was “it was close enough” VERY DISAPPOINTED and a waste of time!
