Horrible customer service. I only give 2 stars because they at least did a great job on my lawn. They provided electronic invoices which would have been great had they provided them in a timely manner. I had to ask for my invoices upon realizing they had yet to be received for my first two months. The 3rd month I received a late notice invoice with a late fee. After requesting removal of the late fee since I had, yet again, not received an initial invoice, I was told the fee would not be removed and that I would be sent to collections if I do not pay as their invoices are a courtesy not a requirement. How can they charge a late fee when there was no way to pay on time? I was not given a schedule for when the technicians would arrive at my home so leaving a check was not an option and you can not pay again on a completed invoice. I will be moving on a company that appreciates having new customers.

They did a great job for a reasonable price.
