RK Preserve was a great choice. It is difficult to choose a trustworthy and knowledgeable carpet cleaner with so many unscrupulous companies out there. Rick was thorough with his explanation of the steps he was going to take to restore my carpet and even wore shoe covers upon entering my home. To me its the little things that count. He was honest about the results I should expect and even offered options to take care of an odor I was concerned with. He was not pushy and I felt his prices were beyond fair. He was very diligent in his work and the results were astonishing. I would definitely use RK Preserve in the future and recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable company that delivers outstanding results.
