We hired Carolina Quality Builders, LLC to construct a simple 2-car garage addition to our garage. The contractor had a poor understanding of local building practices and a lack of knowledge of the NC Building Code resulting in failure to pass inspection. This required an engineer to be hired to correct the code violations, much rework, and several weeks of delay. Would not recommend this contractor.
