My name is Jeff Cunha and I am a licensed contractor with a B and C-10 license. I have been drawing up plans for our own projects and for other contractors for years. Due to the recent uptick in construction activities, I am now offering design and drafting services here in the North State. Since I also own a construction company, I have a detailed understanding of what it takes to turn a blueprint on the page, to a beautiful standing structure. We can assist you with the design, drafting, truss plans, energy calculations, and fire sprinkler plans to get your project going quickly. We produce and provide you with plans digitally and physically to ​get your project permitted quickly, and onto construction. We specialize in smaller homes, three bedrooms or less and 2000 square feet or less. If you project is larger, we can certainly talk about it, but often larger and more complex projects are best left for the engineers and architects.
