At this time two developers had been involved with the property previously. The common areas had not been completed, the association had a substantial financial deficit, and many residents were delinquent in their assessment payment. Over the past 17 years, with the cooperative efforts of the Board of Directors, Ruffled Feathers residents, and guidance from the managing agent, the association has made great strides in completing unfinished common areas, eliminating its deficit and building substantial reserves for replacement, making Ruffled Feathers one of the most desired places to live in the Southwest suburbs. | Lemont, IL | ||
