Terrible Experience! Hired them to repair a refrigerator, paid almost $300. Two weeks later it died again. Made appointment for them to come out again, they never showed up to appointment. Said a manager would call me back same day. Never happened. 4 days later manager called back. Called another appliance company in meantime, got if fixed immediately. Was told that pronto did the worst job ever and basically stole my money

We had problems with our washing machine. When Rick the technician came to replace the new parts he was so proper and a Great Technician. He explained everything he was doing and went above our expectations. Thank You once again for your professionalism.
