I've contracted southern door & trim LLC to build my backyard deck on Jul 27 2015. The deck was completed with a faulty shaking unsafe deck benches which I addressed with Jeff (the owner) and he promised to come back and make the correction to reinforce the bench. Jeff was all nice and professional up to the point of being paid as soon as I paid Jeff I never heard back from him. He looked me in the eye and promised to come back and correct the faulty shaking benches on the deck. I've called, text and email Jeff several times and he totally ignored me. Very dishonest and unprofessional Stay away from this company I usually use Home Advisor for all my projects but this one time decided to try a contractor / company on porch.com and this is a very bad experience. I'm shocked that porch.com would have such an unprofessional dishonest company operating on their site. Stay away from Southern Door & Trim, LLC Ephraim
