Wild Fox Fencing

Completely unproffesional. I left a VM requesting a quote. the response I got via text came off rude, but I tried to not read tone in it and blew it off. I went back and forth with John and he gave me two possible dates he would be out to measure my yard. Next time I heard from him was a Sunday night at 9:30pm to let me know he didnt come and would be out the next day. I never heard from him again until I reached out on Tuesday at 5pm. He then informed me he did not come out Monday. Instead he showed up on Tuesday and saw we had another contractor there to give us a quote so he left. I guess he would have never let me know if I didnt ask? Also, NOT that it should matter to a professional, but I asked them to quote two different things, since John can provide a wooden fence and the other can not. Additionally, I DID tell John I need three quotes. I am back at the drawing board to find another quote and he wasted my time for a week. Poor customer service.

Wild Fox just finished our board on board fence and we could be happier. The fence was well installed, looks great and and they were professional. We felt bad because they had to deal with an annoying neighbor but they handled it very well. We would definitely recommend Wild Fox.

Wild Fox did a great job on my fence, been in the ground for three years and no issues. The reviewer that left a one star review sounds like the customer from hell, extremely petty to complain about electricity, Im sure that person is a real joy to be around.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This company was so incredibly unprofessional and I had the worst experience with them. I was living in a rental property where Wild Fox Fencing was contracted to put in a new fence. The property I lived in was a duplex and both units were being worked on. The first day of work they plugged into my power and started building the fence. When I mentioned that the outlet they hooked up to was mine, they informed me the unit next door had no power, and they were just using a nail gun anyway. A few hours later I noticed they had various tools plugged into my power and I tried to speak to them again. Thats when the they got incredibly rude and told me they didn't work for me and to take it up with my landlord; that my power bill wasn't their problem and they would continue to build the fence whether I agreed or not. When I unplugged the power they plugged it back in. They even came into my yard, without permission, to use my water. The next day they worked on my half of the yard, parking up on the grass I was responsible for keeping and taking up my entire front yard with building materials. They "worked" all day on my fence, again using my electric and water and progressing very very slowly. They spent more time cursing and smoking than putting up fence posts and they littered my yard with coffee cups and cigarette butts. While digging up the old fence posts they left a mess of my patio and filled my trash can so full of lumber and concrete I couldn't roll it to the curb. The quality of their work lacked just as much as their customer service and work ethic. Not only did they take an entire day to install about 40 feet of fencing and a gate, the fence was already falling apart less than two weeks after install. Nails were sticking out from all the boards and planks were already coming loose. Perhaps the only good thing I can say about this company is that since I didn't hire them it wasn't a waste of MY money. I would not recommend them or ever use them for my own projects.
