..Took my deposit and never did the job. One excuse after another as to why it could not be completed and either didn't show up or called to cancel at the last minute. Finally was forced to ask for a refund last week as he took my deposit on July 9th and job was never done, was told that he didn't have help, the carpet company didn't send enough carpet, another job ran long, and then he didn't have the help again. I am now waiting for my refund check which was supposed to be here Friday but still has not arrived.

Took deposit and disappeared. Will not give money back. Sent me a bad check. Look him up on google and the BBB.

hey were excellent. The came out, they had the samples that I needed and I had like a 3-day window to move in and they actually went through a lot of trouble to order the carpet, get it there overnight so they can have it here and they installed it the day before I moved in. They were very professional from the time I spoke to the owner to the time they came out here, they had samples with them and they were prepared, organized, very thorough with their questions, they took their measurements the same day and they did a marvelous job for me. They had a 2-day window to order the carpet and get it there within a day and then come the next day. They carpeted the entire house, it's not a one or two-room job and they actually did the carpeting in one day too and they cleaned up very quickly. We had a meeting, they come by the next day from the day I had called them, I explained my situation that I had a 3-day window before I had to move into my house and I needed the whole house carpeted, I need the whole carpet ripped off and replaced new carpets and they came over with samples and I looked, I chose the samples throughout our meeting, the gentleman was here, he called his office and ordered the carpet right away. I had half of the house done in one color and then I had 2 bedrooms done separate colors and so they had to get me 3 different colors of carpet. They did most of the house and then one carpet I wanted, one bedroom was blue carpet and the other one had burgundy. After they cleaned up, they rolled up the extra carpet and asked me where I wanted it and then they placed it in the garage for me. They were very nice and very good. Home Depot charge more than them. They had to go through a lot of trouble to get the carpet that I needed because it wasn't just a regular cheap carpet and like I said I needed 3 different colors and special padding that I wanted, they had to get that too. Everything from the meeting on through the sample that they had, on through the service that they provided, in getting the carpet in that I needed, and also installing was absolutely excellent. Two of them came and they completed the whole house in one day. I already had some furniture in the house so they had to move the furniture, they ripped off the whole carpet and laid down the new carpet in one day, it was special padding and special carpets. I had no problem whatsoever, the owner called me to let me know every step of the way when the carpet's in, they'll have it there, the guys would be there to install the next day and they were professional all the way to the installer. They were courteous, nothing was broken, they were careful with my furniture like it was their own. The owner also called during the time they were here to see if I was satisfied if everything was working out okay. They saved my life because I could not have moved in without this house being re-carpeted, it would have been a nightmare to move in. I would use them again and I would recommend them highly.
