They did a terrible job, charged us way more than originally quoted, refused to finish the work and left a mess. It was a nightmare. BTW, there is only Alex and Sarah and Sarah is one nasty piece of work. I wish I had looked at the reviews before I paid them. :( Maria L. My husband and I recently moved into an older home that had original hardwoods throughout. While the main floor had previously been restored, the upstairs was not. After reaching out to several different flooring companies in the area, we chose Woodruff Floors. Before we hired them, Alex came by for an initial consultation and took a more detailed approach in explaining the process and timeline it would take to restore our floors along with easing our minds about dust containment during sanding; much more so than the other companies we had reached out to. Immediately after our initial consultation, their office emailed over a detailed cost estimate. We didn't have to wait very long to know what the cost would be unlike the other companies we had reached out to. In our estimate, they gave us a breakout of material costs, and a detailed list of information so there was no hidden costs during the process. This was all before we even hired Woodruff Floors! The process itself was fairly easy, and they were always very courteous and friendly when coming each day to work. They gave us plenty of time to choose a stain and gave us several options based on our initial color palette. We had very minimal cleanup in the upstairs area when they left. The final product of Woodruff Floors is just beyond our wildest hopes. My husband and I still can't believe how amazing our floors look. Their guys did an amazing job start to finish. We will definitely be using Woodruff Floors again for any future flooring projects!

Wonderful experience all around! I had been looking to expand our current tile floors into 3 bedrooms. They were quick to reach out to get the rooms measured and then getting the job scheduled. Overall I am very happy with the tile work and will be using them when I am ready to tile my patio.

I am so glad I found this company after dealing with my insurance for a leak in my home. They helped with items my insurance was requesting and did a beautiful job installing my new floors. Top notch!
